Entry Level Vision System: Are you looking for a simple inspection system?
This is a Show & Go System that can be placed directly on top of an existing conveyor, only needs about 5' of space. Cameras have the ability to read a 1D or 2D barcode on the side or top of container, 30-50% read rate. Higher read rate possible with additional cameras, inquire for more details.
Able to manually train the system to recognize your containers, load previous SKU's.
System can be wash-down rated and includes the following components: 3 Cognex Dataman, Lighting, Encoder, Electrical enclosure with components, Stainless steel framing, integrated rejector and associated bracketry. Systems are installed over an existing conveyor and require 4' of lineal space. System price includes Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at VAIA with customer in attendance. System Delivery within 4 weeks, pending confirmation of customer requirements and system availability. Optional installation package not included in pricing.
